The Pool Shop has looked after our pool for 8 years, initially as a rental and for the last 6 1/2 years as an AirBnB. The service has always been excellent and they are a great source of knowledge for a first time pool owner like myself. We really could not have run our AirBnB without them so very happy to recommend them.
We were with the pool shop for a couple of years had excellent service from pool technician called Travis. On some occasions when Travis did not attend we requested the filters to be changed which weren't (it can be difficult to change). The last straw was when we have seen a new technician arrive we have gone out to see them and ask if they can change the filters (hadnt been changed in two months). We then left him to his job. He did not change them or tell us he couldn't change them. We have followed up with management. They responded in writing that they had changed it. They then said we stood over them and watched them do it. We didn't. We don't appreciate the false accusations so have terminated our agreement with them. This resulted in a one star rating. I have edited my review to provide context as they have followed up disappointed with a one star rating as we said we found Travis good. There was no follow up on the false reporting and accusation from their other staff member for not completing the requested filter changes and for saying we stood over watching him do his job when we didn't.
The best pool shop in all of NZ!! Top quality service from all the pool techs and exceptional knowledge from the owners! I highly recommend it to anyone who needs an outstanding pool service! 10/10

The most helpful service possible. Very grateful for their help in fixing our pool pump. Part ordered and fitted in a matter of days. High recommend this place if you need anything in regards to swimming pools. AAA+++ .
