    My sister and I visited this store today. The young lady was not interested in helping us, we had to ask for assistance for sports bras and was told over there, that was the end of discussion I made the comment they didn't have my size, and no comment or assistance from sales assistant. Better service needed, can't complain about the service, as there wasn't any. Won't recommend this shop and won't be back.

    The young lady with a foreign accent had the most pleasant customer service manner. Asked if the store still do personalised bra fittings, her answer was, " but of course!" The store had a great range and options but not over size 24 for my elderly large mum. Not a problem to be recommended to the other outlets in Papamoa and Grey St, Tauranga that stock more oversize items. Will be back for my needs!

    Very bad customer service, If they are working in customer service, They shouldn’t be racial baised. Lady over the counter doesn’t want to talk even when I visited the store. Such a pathetic thinking if she doesn’t want to talk to customer on basis of racial discrimination Shame on you

    This place was great. Body change after body change, I didn’t know where my chest was at. The young girl was amazing. Measured me up and away we went. She figured out what style I wanted and even what I didn’t think I wanted, turned out she was right. The service was professional and seem less. She made what is usually a dreaded experience one I actually enjoyed. Highly recommended.
