I'm normally obsessed with bras n things. Today i went into the tga store for the first time and was highly disappointed with service. Jessica and an older blonde staff member simply looked me up and down, didn't acknowledge me at all, and continued their own personal conversation. When I checked out, they made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Bra shopping should be a welcoming and friendly experience for all, especially those who feel vunerable while shopping for undergarments. Why hire staff who can't meet the bare minimum customer service standards?
Honestly the worst service I’ve ever had at a bras n things shop. I love bras n things but today 11/11/23 the girl seem uninterested in helping us at all was too busy on snap chat on her phone. Then couldn’t even do a fitting what kind of bras store can’t do fittings this should be one of the first things done. Then she didn’t even try to give guidance to best help my needs. Not happy with this service at all. Decided to take my money elsewhere as I refused to give them the sale after such poor service. Will not be back
I love Bras and Things normally purchase online, but went into the Lakes store today young blonde girl was useless, I ask if there was a different size tank top and she said “it’s just whatever is there” didn’t bother to look and continued to put stuff in a box, so I decided not to buy anything. Went to Peter Alexandra instead
I am flashed such a good help the women that works there we were there for 1 hour and she was helping us all the time, we where shocked about this incredible service! And so cheap cute things
Bras N Things has knowledgeable and friendly staff, especially Marley who was awesome! She really made the experience for my partner enjoyable and comfortable.
Went in today to purchase a set and was not acknowledged once!! No hello at all. When I picked my size off the rack and walked Upto the counter to ask to try it on the girl looked up at me and then back down and carried on doing what she was doing without saying a word! I took it upon myself to go into the change rooms and try it on. Then decided not to buy it from someone so rude. Worst service ever.
