I am not familiar with Hamilton but had a relative in Waikato Hospital. It was so easy when I rang Brenna at the Hospital flower shop who with her fantastic customer service, made it easy for me to order a petite arrangement from the beautiful array of bouquets they provide over the phone. Thank you Brenna for making the process so easy from my living room in Auckland. So nice to get friendly, efficient service.
I love the many, many items that I have purchased from the florist at the hospital. I highly recommend going for a browse. The temptation is too much to leave without a magical gift, flower arrangement or special treat for yourself.
Easily accessible, smack in the middle of the hospital, you honestly can’t miss them. Great variety of products and friendly staff have great knowledge and can help provide insight and guidance so that you make the best decisions for you. Staff are very welcoming and always do their best for you.

I was trying to arrange a gift for my mother's 75th birthday, while she's in New Zealand and I'm in the States. I had been working on a plan with one employee when it all went to custard, and I ended up on the morning of her birthday with nothing arranged. The employee on duty that Saturday helped me arrange a different gift, which my mother was thrilled with. Mistakes happen, but the sign of an excellent company/employee is one that can turn the situation around and leave the customer very happy. Well done, Florist Ilene. Got myself an amazing Yellow Preserved Rose from this new shop today. They have a great range of not just flowers but also gifts so I not only git a beautiful bouquet of flowers for a feiend in the hospital but snuck myself a gift while I was there. Highly recommend these ladies here!!
