   David beautifully restored my wife’s gold bracelet, a precious heirloom passed down through generations. No one else was willing to attempt the repair because of the intricate work needed to fix its heavily worn chain links. Calling David a jeweller feels like an understatement. His craftsmanship and customer service make him a true artisan. A rare gem indeed!

   David was great to work with, and did a very professional job. I am so pleased with the results! He reset and slightly lowered my engagement ring, making a bezel to replace claws. He was able to retain the original feeling/look whilst making it so I can wear it now without it catching on clothing. He was reassuring in the process of consulting with me every step of the way, which he explained in detail which was interesting, and gave great advice. He even perfectly resized my wedding ring and rescued bad workmanship from previous resizing elsewhere so I know it's safe now - all in the price. He went above and beyond. We had some great conversations too :) Highly recommended.

His communication is amazing he talks you through the whole process. I understand he is fully booked up and wait time are a bit longer longer than usual but I believe this is a testament of how amazing he is, with David your not just a number.

   My Wife had lost a diamond from her wedding ring, we took the ring to David who explained with great care and detail what would be required to restore the ring. A number of problems were encountered regarding the original manufacture, David expertly reconstructed the ring and reset all the original stones, his work is done with real passion and craftsmanship and the final result was a stunning, literally new ring with a guarantee that he would stand behind his work. We would have no hesitation in recommending Davids work ethic and technical expertise. Thank you once again David

   David did an amazing job with both our wedding rings. I gave him a few curve-balls during the consultation and he took each one professionally and gave us exactly what we wanted. One of the curve balls was making the main body of my ring from platinum and fitting a band of 24k in the middle, I wanted an industrial look as it reflects my background and personality, and in doing so - keeping each layer and piece distinctively individual from the other. My wife's was a lot easier in a way but still kept with the theme of individual banded sections, clean feminine style which complimented her engagement ring. While at one of our consultation David pointed out on my wife's engagement ring was poorly sized (reduced) which was clear as day once shown. The engagement ring had been bought from another jeweller that had multiple stores, they had taken more material out from one side of the band than the other resulting in her diamond being off centre. David said "don't worry about it, I fix this up for free". Who says that now-a-days, so obviously this guaranteed David our business for the future and any future referrals will be directed his way. As you will see in the photo's, the rings came out exactly how we wanted, and yes my wife's fingers are that small :) Thanks David.
