If I could give this place zero stars I would. The bean taco is: unseasoned black beans, some lettuce and a shell. I asked if it was correct - no seasoning on the beans, no cheese, no tomatoes/salsa - was told yup that's how it comes. Not only that but portions are tiny, the hard shell tacos are often ice cold and come already snapped before they're unwrapped. Truly do not waste your time here, it's barely food.

look, im mostly posting a review cause im so upset with my meal. i got food for me and my partner, their part of the order was fine, but i got the nachos with extra beef. but look at that photo. does that look like double meat to you? NO! also where is the cheese? its meant to have nacho cheese! i know i dislike guac and sour cream but come on, thats no reason to get pissy and not give me the extra meat i PAID FOR . . . also, they forgot one of the chips. not a big deal as they would have gone to my partner anyway but still! not happy with you guys AT ALL. do better . . .

Absolutely disgusting, I wanted to give Taco Bell a fair chance as I wanted to see why some people like it and it baffles me that it has managed to be a franchise with such poor quality food even for fast food standards. I ordered a beef taco supreme and a Stuft burrito and I must say it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. First the taco: the lettuce in the taco stank of chlorine and tasted even worse than it smelled also the tomato tasted like wet cardboard. The only saving grace was the poor sliver of meat and cheese it had at the bottom. For the price it astonishes me that they charge 6 dollars for off vegetables with chlorine residue in a tortilla with hardly a few grams of meat and artificial cheese. The tortilla at least was ok (hard to screw that one up). The burrito was less of a disappointment as the few tomato bits it barely had were not as offensive to my palate, and the combination of ingredients made for a somewhat tasty yet mushy mess. Nevertheless it had the same problem as the taco since it barely had anything in it, I felt like I was eating a folded tortilla with a sliver of mushy dressings inside. I must say I entered into this experience knowing full well that’s this wasn’t Mexican food just a cheap and sterilised wannabe knockoff americanzation of it. Yet even then and with these low expectations it managed to thoroughly disappoint me. It doesn’t even stand as serviceable fast food compared to McDonalds, Burger King KFC or any fast food chain I’ve ever visited. After this experience I won’t be returning ever to this place and I’d recommend dear reader that you avoid it as well, since as I am writing this I’m already starting to feel sick from the food I just ate!! If you must, there are way better fast food options to choose from that will give you way better value for your buck, even if you just want to fill you up or have some comfort food. Thank you for your time dear reader and good travels.

Visited 13/9 around 6.30pm. Ordered 2 tenders, one for my 6 year old and my (pregnant) self. Both tenders were pink inside. Not mildly pink, RAW. The staff here should be disgusted in themselves. They need training to be competent enough to serve raw chicken. Would never recommend to anyone and I hope the higher ups take this further to ensure it doesn’t happen again.

Was eating my fries and felt something hard in my mouth attached to one of the chips. Looks like gum so gross

Got a crunchwrap, it was nice but it was lacking meat. It had some around the outside but the middle was wrap and salad. Maybe spread it around a bit? Maybe a little more? I also got the fries. Now these were a little weird. They either had too much seasoning or not. When it had too much it made the taste quite sickening.

The portion is really small, but l like the atmosphere here, select your favorite music with the refilled cola, I would enjoy seating here for a while!

Hilarious, drove all the way from city center only to realize they have somehow decided to close 40min earlier than the posted hours, how can this be acceptable? And when we saw people chilling in there and wanted to double check if they are still opening, they got so rude and didn’t even bother to explain with no regard of quality or standard of service, very unprofessional and absolutely not the best way to keep a franchise business. Disappointed

Ordered the beef cheesy burrito combo and the nachos. They forgot to give me my drink. Unfortunately, I didn’t check until I have left. Also ordered guacamole with the nachos. That’s a $1 for a tiny bit of guacamole. Fries are hot but not crunchy.

The restaurant is clean and looks good. I haven't had taco bell for a while, since I lived in Sydney. The food, ironically quite bland if your used to eating good Mexican food. I must say the fries are pretty darned good though!! It just how I remember it and my family wanted to try it as they hadn't had it before. I don't think we will be back, fast fried food really isn't my thing. I'm sure people will love it. Just not to my taste. Nice staff and good service, which would have been difficult because the drive through line was 1.5 hours wait and the wait in the restaurant was 30 mins.
