House soft wash including out side of windows. Arrived when they said they would. Brief, informative introduction and clarification of tasks to be completed. The whole process was completed smoothly and to my ex staff managerial eye, without any unnecessary pauses or stoppages. The completed outcome was better than we anticipated and included some lateral thinking to deal with an awkward area of the house design. Very satisfied. PS: I neglected to remember the serviceman's name would recommend him as an employee. .

I booked Softwash in to complete an exterior clean and spider treatment of our home. Softwash were friendly and accommodating in fitting me in before Christmas (a late request after I was let down by another company). I will now only use and recommend this company for exterior house washing. The team that came out were professional, polite and thorough. The house has come up lovely and the windows are lovely and clean to look through. The office staff (Jayneen in particular) are friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I'll definitely use this company again.
