A lovely way to spend a couple of hours. We felt very welcome and the environment was inviting in comparison to the inclement weather outside viewed through the large clean windows. Just the right balance with the selection of food. A quality experience

Including running out and finding us to hand us water while we explored your grounds for the first time. You spoke beautifully at our wedding as well, we could easily tell you were a deeply experienced celebrant who, again, at all times made sure we felt comfortable. Really loved the look of this place and if you’re after photos to gaze at forever then this is it, there’s not many other spots in the Antipodes that look like little England. Being 1.9m tall I did have to attempt to sleep diagonally because the bed was unusually short…which meant my wife was confined to a corner:( Peter was a very good host and obviously cares deeply about his guest’s comfort but overall I would definitely rate this as a fantastic place to get married or have high tea.
