Great service. A 3 to 4 hour windscreen replacement was completed in 2 hrs. The whole process, from contacting the insurance company to making the appt. with Novus was very straight forward. Highly recommend.
Was rung by Shannon to arrange an appointment for a stone chip repair. She has a phone manner that is so engaging, so helpful and so genuine that she could give a lesson to receptionists everywhere. I hope she is well recognised for her talent and personality. These attributes can not really be taught so congratulations to Novus on their cunning selection of this young lady to be one of their βfront deskβ people. Service was ok on a Monday it takes 30mins to repair but mine had broken glass all over the back seat 1hour tops which was still great they just drove it around the front park up and set the alarm on and handed the keys back to me and have a great day which was totally awesome thank you Novas for fixing my window keep up the good work.

The Novus team were friendly, fast and took care of all the insurance paperwork. Booked in with Novus, as Smith & Smith couldn't get me an appointment for over a week, and the Novus team replaced my cracked windscreen the next day. Their location is handy to The Base so allowed me to catch up with some shopping for a couple of hours while they worked on the windscreen. Great job and Great service.
My experience with Novus (Te Rapa branch) was exceptional from start to finish. The customer service and communication amazing. Novus done everything for me including dealing with my insurance company. I rung them on a Friday afternoon the following Monday morning my vehicle's window screen (with sensors) was replaced. Steer clear of these guys. We booked our van for tailgate glass replacement through insurance. The office lady called us and booked the appointment. We waited 2 weeks for the appointment and on the day Saturday 8/July/2023 when I went there they said I had no appointment booked and can not do anything. Guys working at the back were very helpful and friendly. I was a bit skeptical about the office lady when she called and booked the appointment as she didn't seem to have any idea about anything. But I thought it will be alright. Wasted my time. I could have taken many booking and made some money. I lost so much business due to the mistake of one person. Just check several times even after your booking with them and keep a record of the things in writing. Not Impressed at all. Poor Communication.
Amazing service after our car got broken into on a weekend. Stayed open to help after hours...cleaned and fixed our car window and so empathetic. Can't thank you enough... so kind and caring.. Highly recommend.
While visiting Hamilton my car got broken into (on a Saturday). A helpful gentlemen suggested this place and I am so thankful he did. Shannon was so lovely and just amazing. The stress of what happened was taken away by her helpfulness and fast action so I could drive back to Auckland. I highly recommend this place, you will not be disappointed with their kind service and attention to detail.
