   Staff were so knowledgeable and helpful, and genuinely as excited as we were that, after waiting for the perfect fit, we found our new family member. We have always had older cats previously, so it was so useful to get great advice on adopting a younger cat. Actually, I would describe the whole experience as joyful and cannot recommend these guys highly enough!

   Nikita is a fantastic groomer, Always does amazing work and is super friendly. My Sadie can be challenging especially when it comes to getting legs and paws trimmed but Nikita is always patient and does a great groom. Highly recommend, 10/10

   Nikita at Pet Central Hornby provides a fantastic dog grooming service. She takes such great care of our border collie and always checks in with us about what we want and any concerns we have. You can tell Nikita really cares and our girl always looks amazing after a groom. Highly recommend.

   We spent some quality time at Pet Central Hornby Saturday viewing the kittens they had in-store after we lost our cat Tobias Friday evening. The staff in-store who served us both days were welcoming & gave us enough time to spend with them in their play area. We ended up choosing a black & white kitten called Oreo (we decided to keep his name) he ended up being the perfect addition to our family. Our 15 year old semi-stray male cat who can easily reject other cats, groomed Oreo the second day much to our delight. Oreo is doing tricks already like fetching & returning items and stealing our hair ties haha. We are very much in love with our new kitten & want to thank Pet Central for their support, time & listening ear. Clean & tidy store & nice staff especially the young gentleman who served me at both Pet Central stores Saturday & Sunday he was lovely. Thanks for our new kitten Pet Central, he’s adorable & keeps us on our toes, very healing to us all. You have to be quick as the kittens are loved by many & not at any of the stores long. It’s wonderful to know that you can spend enough time with the kittens before knowing what is best for you as some agencies have time limits & rules and just not enough time for families to decide. You may pay a bit more from a store but the cost outweighs everything as the last two kittens from in-store have been the best choices for us as we got to spend plenty of time with them & got to know their natures, this makes all the difference we feel. Always will buy from Pet-stores when we need a new kitten or bird, extra perks included like vouchers & discounts off foods as well. Thanks again

   You would think they were closing down with the amount of product in store… no fish in tanks, shelves were all empty. Don’t bother going in.

   Only go in there if I have too for fish supplies.....and that's quite lacking, whether there is no stock on shelves or what fish they do have sometimes not in the best condition. Find some staff are knowledgeable and others just seems to say what you wanna hear. Pretty average place at best for my requirements

   Shopped here for the first time today and had exceptional customer service. I had three different staff members approach me and my dog while in store to make sure I got what I was after. It really made for a pleasant shopping experience as every staff member was friendly and didn't make me feel pressured. My dog is so happy with her new bed and toy!
