   We had a wonderful experience with Nurse Yulia when my son needed his leg re-stitched after an injury. He was anxious and in pain, and Yulia immediately put him at ease with her warmth, empathy and calm manner. She took the time to talk with him, answer his questions with patience and humour, and distract him during the procedure. Her ability to build trust with a nervous child was exceptional and made a stressful situation so much easier. Yulia was a real stand-out and represents the very best of nursing care. I am incredibly grateful for the compassion and professionalism she showed.

   I've had repeated issues with the receptionist at this clinic. Despite arriving well before closing time—most recently just before 4pm (they close at 5pm)—I've been turned away, being told they had patients waiting. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time it's happened. It seems like a pattern, as I’ve witnessed other patients being treated the same way while waiting myself. The general practitioners here are excellent, and we've been enrolled with the practice for several years. However, the ongoing unwelcoming attitude at reception really detracts from the overall experience. I hope this improves, as it doesn’t reflect the professionalism of the doctors.

   Hi we are registered patient here and called them before coming they said walking clinic open till four. we stuck in traffic somehow we went there before four. Receptionist gave very bad attitude and said they can’t see us.Come tomorrow and go somewhere else

   If i could give you a zero i would! I am in absolute disbelief that one of your Drs actually recommended a flyer for diet/anti-depression pills to a healthy young lady without any consultation done nor interest in this topic at all. Time to educate your Drs and what they're promoting to young women and their mental health shame on you.

   Like all health centers right now, they are really busy so just dropping in will not work in most cases. The best option is to use the website to schedule an appointment - someone will get back to you within a few hours. Doctors here are really good and I'm grateful that they provide such great support even though they are so busy.

   This place is fantastic, I am so pleased we changed to them. We have had exceptional care there from all the doctors and nurses. My daughter was very sick and ended up in hospital and one of the doctors took the time to ring me and ask how she was. Very impressed. Keep up the good work you guys, you do an amazing job.
