   Ouch, $25 a ticket, ripped and worn out seats covered in last punters chips that must have missed his mouth...20 mins of mindless ads, including a pretty intimate condom ad, at a M movie...plus possibly worst movie I've seen in decades. I feel completely ripped off...Should have stayed home and watched the Samoa/Kiwis test, much more entertaining.

   Tauriko has very bad public relations, customers having movies ruined by bad behaviour while in the cinema .We were offered free tickets and when we used them we received a very angry phone call at Tauriko from some one going on about "in house procedures and revenue". I'm not surprised revenue is going down if that's how they treat customers . Won't be going back.

   We haven’t been to the cinema together for over ten years, the crossing cinema didn’t disappoint. The seats are very comfortable and far enough apart to not be bothered by your neighbour. We watched Oppenheimer and enjoyed to movie. The popcorn was lovely too. Maybe won’t take us so long to re visit

   Nice modern cinemas complex in Tauranga Crossing shopping centre. A variety of different sized cinemas including a VMax. Comfortable seating, always clean. Friendly staff, good range of snacks incl alcoholic drinks and some hot options.

   Great service, friendly staff. The cinema seats are clean & comfortable, & the quality is incomparable to other cinemas around. Watched the new Spiderman: Across the Spider-Verse, which was an amazing movie. Would love to go there again with my friends.

   Great experience!! I go here very often. I went to see John wick 4 and it was fabulous. Had my dinner brought to me in the cinema by the lovely staff. The popcorn was fresh and buttery/salty. Excellent customer service at the front. Recommended to all that would like a fresh cooked dinner and a movie Thank you Tauriko event cinema staff!!
