   Brought a vape that worked for a day max took it back in to get it replaced and the guy behind the counter was super rude. Didn’t care for anything I had to say . When I asked why he wouldn’t replace it he said” well what am I meant to tell the supplier.” You’re meant to tell them one of the products is faulty??!

   Best vape store in the city, I've been to many and none are as patient and helpful as this store. I went in today for the third time and once again got amazing service, the staff genuinely care about their customers and take the time to help you understand everything. They are also locally owned and sell locally made products at better prices than other stores I've tried. Thankyou Puffland, I'm so glad to have finally found a store I can rely on.
