I would highly recommend the two members of your staff who made a delivery to my daughter's house in the Halswell area on 8th December. She was out and I was there to let them in but there were issues with gaining access to the house. If I was them I would have been very annoyed, but the two guys who made the delivery were extremely patient and courteous and did everything they could to try and sort things even though it was certainly not their fault and they would have been very justified in just dumping the piano and driving off. I didn't book them personally but next time I need a delivery these will be the guys I want doing it!
