Had the pleasure of purchasing several different fabrics and a new feature curtain from Margaret and the team at GB Tauranga. The fabric was to recover chairs, and Margaret even recommended an upholsterer for me! Overall great service and products. thanks
Good parking out side of shop. Beautiful layout of products available. Staff readily available. Went the extra mile to match my paint with a spectrometer. Professional patient staff . I would like to compliment Leonie who looks after the paint side of things. Such a pleasure to deal with and very helpful. Sorted out a lot of test pots for me with a smile on her face. She is an asset to your business.
Shame all staff can't be like the people who installed our curtains and blinds who were really efficient. However, the person who measured did so incorrectly, sent the wrong colour for one room and made us feel very uncomfortable when asking for a blind to be fixed so it hung straight. Sadly lacking good customer service. No apologies given for the disruption caused for his mistakes. Would not recommend.
