It was a tough decision deciding what kitchen renovation place to go with after getting numerous quotes but am SO DELIGHTED with the decision to go with Kitchen Studio. They were professional, had fantastic ideas and software that brought the kitchen to life and gave me all the detail I needed (down to the mm of what space I had in every cupboard and corner so I could make decisions). The end to end service, checking in and the tradies they work with were all professional, on time, amazing to work with and great problem solvers to work through any tricky pieces. I was so nervous undertaking this huge project especially just before Christmas but it all went so incredibly smoothly and finished bang on time as expected. I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend working with Michael, Logan and Ben at Kitchen Studio. Unreal!
Now that the kitchen project is all finished, we are so glad to have made the decision to work with Kitchen Studio. All along the way you gave us such security, confidence and ideas we never dreamed of. Not having to juggle the whole schedule ourselves and have it all set and overseen by Ben made the world of difference to us. Now that it’s here we are just loving it all and getting used to using it. The pantry bench is brilliant and we use it a lot. The functionality of the design that Ambrose led us to has opened up our kitchen area and made the whole area lighter and way more usable. We can’t recommend Kitchen Studio enough.
We have found all members of Kitchen Studio very approachable from the very start of our kitchen journey till the end. In particular, Judy has been a great listener and understood our needs straightaway and tailored the kitchen plan accordingly with her honest feedback from practicality point of view. The owners, Michael and Ben have been very professional yet so friendly with us and ensured that we enjoyed this journey with them and ensured that there is clear communication with all parties, including subbies throughout the process. And were always there to assist, understand and support when there were any minor issues/changes faced during the process. The team were professional and prompt with times and turnaround, we were very happy with finished product. We had a slight issue (our own doing) that occurred sometime later and we had an incredible response, the team engaged immediately, set up a plan and then implemented that plan. We truly appreciate the after care service and how it was put into place. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to create the kitchen you are looking for. Ambrose designed our new kitchen, we found her fabulous, her design was exactly what we wanted, she was professional, easy to work with and the functionality of it is perfect. The installers were great too. I highly recommend Ambrose and Kitchen Studio Tauranga if you are looking for a new kitchen.
We approached Kitchen Studio as a walk in off the street. From our first interaction with Suyin (our designer), to our ongoing support and communication with Phil, who coordinated the project, the team was very professional. Hong's product knowledge was invaluable and Phil was always available. Nothing was too much trouble. The kitchen installer, Neal, was polite, punctual and methodical and worked to a high standard.
