The receptionist was most helpful, even coming out in the rain to find us. Lovely rooms, friendly staff.
Totally awesome place to stay fully recommend this place ... Just one thing to keep in mind is the tiles on the floor in the shower area and the step up into the shower when wet very slippery ... Nice and quite place and very very comfortable and lovely and tidy
It's a nice place and great location..However it appears that part of it is used for emergency housing.. I didn't feel very comfortable unless in my room. It would be nice if websites stated if places are used as emergency housing
When we arrived I discovered that there was no soap in the bathroom, my wife asked the young lady from reception for some soap - she said she would bring some to us. Over an hour later, we went to organise our dinner, my wife asked again for soap and was told that housekeeping had run out. As for dinner, we along with a group of 30 were meeting for dinner, because there were so many of us we had been advised that we would have a choice of 3 meals - roast pork with vegetables, lamb chops with vegetables or fish (pan fried, battered or crumbed) with salad and chips - we ordered at 6.20pm and I got my roast pork an hour later, my wife had ordered the crumbed fish and finally settled for pan fried at 8.10pm after they tried to give her the wrong meal three times (there was no apology). For dessert, we had both ordered apple crumble, when my wife’s was brought out one was put in front and then quickly snatched away and told that one is not for you - another dish was slapped down with melted ice cream for her. One of our group had to wait until almost 9pm for their main meal. No discount was offered for the mess up! The only reason I give 1 star is that zero is not an option
I recently spent 2 days in the conservatory room, training 3 new staff members, and spent a night in one of the spa units. The staff were exceptionally friendly and approachable. Wiki and Nina looked after us so well, and all with a smile, it was much appreciated! The room was well set up and catered for our needs, with plenty of natural light and temperature control at our fingertips, tea and coffee were supplied, and when we needed a bite to eat the staff worked with us to supply what we needed. I enjoyed a lovely spa bath and this was much appreciated after an intense day of training, It gave me the opportunity to relax and I slept like a log in the comfortable bed. The room was clean and had ample space to move around.
Terrible. Wrote an email complaint after our complaint at reception only got a shrug. Got an apology reply after some time. They were very good about it except the receptionist obviously said abusive language was used which it was NOT.... NOT HAPPY. Given 1 star as we did get a full refund rather quickly.
2 week stay. The room we had was 2bedroom 1 queen bed 2x single all sleepyhead beds 30inch TV with sky and wifi. Fridge cook top spa bath which was beautiful an awesome shower toilet big mirror. A big inground pool for us to use. The owners or managers are so lovely kind and so helpful. Rooms are beautiful and cleaned everyday just let them know if you don't need it they can just leave ya dirty towels and tea coffee tray out your door and they will replacedrop the towels tea and coffee off to you or u could ask for a spacific drink. They have a restaurant and bar I didn't get to try out. But I loved this place. Definitely recommend.
I have been apart of two separate events that were held at Aaron Court in the last month. Such a great facility for small conferences and meetings. Linda and her team were super welcoming and the cafe is lovely also.
This place is a gem! We shared a room with 5 of us, two bedrooms and a bed in the lounge which was perfect for us, plenty of room! The staff here are really lovely and so accommodating! We had breakfast on both mornings of our stay and it was amazing! Thank you for looking after us so well, will definitely be back again!
