   Absolutely devastated. I was so excited that this place was so affordable for gels because I was hoping I could more regularly come to get my nails done. After my first ever time here, I left loving my nails but after a few weeks my nails started to break super far down where my skin was. Even with the polish on. And it’s been over a month now (maybe almost two actually) and they’re still breaking constantly. I have had my nails done several times elsewhere (used to even get my nails done regularly) and have never had something like this happen in my life! I had BEAUTIFUL LONG THICK natural nails before and now they’re thin and falling apart even where they’re supposed to still be attached to my skin. I am so so so so sad. It actually makes me feel sick to my stomach thinking about it and hoping they can even recover from the damage. I loved my nails before this happened and now they look and feel awful.

   had a great experience at this nail salon — the staff were friendly, professional, and really paid attention to detail. My acrylics came out flawless, with perfect shape and smooth application. The salon was super clean and relaxing, and I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend!!

   Worst customer service ever. I was rushed by the lady, as soon as I sat down she stretched her hand toward me so get mine, not a smile, not a word. I was given the colour wheel, but had hardly no time to pick my colour. I felt rushed for no reason as there was not many people in the shop. The nails are ok, but I won't go there ever again!

   Worst pedicure I’ve ever had. Didn’t have the first 3 colours I chose and walked out with my toes looking worse than when I walked in, I was so gutted! Came home and shaped them myself as the nails were crooked and skin was bleeding. I painted over the top of the gel as the job they did was just so rough and horrible. When I asked for a third coat as the colour looked nothing like the sample, I was almost made to beg or pay extra for it. Absolutely would not recommend.

   Loved it! Went with my partner and mum, we unfortunately got served at different times which meant my mum had to wait a while for us to be finished, but that’s to be expected when at a busy nail salon. They did what I asked for and consulted me as they drew the little nail art on. My partner’s person wasn’t as friendly as mine, but she wasn’t rude and it’s similar to service we’ve had at other salons so we weren’t too bothered. Would come back!

   Never again. Dip was visibly bumpy. Got charged a $5 'manicure fee' on top of what was adverstised. Took 2 hours for a pedicure and sns manicure. The first lady to work on me left 4/5s of the way through the manicure, so the professional and client beside me stopped their process to finish mine. The second professional left the client and I alone for a minute and I apologised to her for me getting bumped ahead of her. Charged more, worse result, bad service. Pedicure was average. 2 weekupdate: The SNS has shattered at the base. Had dozens of these manicures (see my other positive reviews or other salons), it shouldn't shatter.
