Extremely disappointing experience. This was meant to be a birthday treat but the service was uncomfortable and unprofessional. My cuticle was cut during the appointment and within 24 hours my acrylic nails were lifting and painful.
I raised my concerns shortly after with photos. I did not feel comfortable raising them in the salon at the time. I attempted to resolve this directly but was repeatedly referred back to policy and asked to return in person, which I was not comfortable doing given the original experience.
Based on the quality of the work and how I was treated, I would not recommend this salon.

Absolutely gorgeous nails done by this lovely service. So kind and welcoming, and did a wonderful job. I was lucky to have Lavy do my nails and will be back (highly recommend). How cute is the photo! Thank you

Had an absolutely amazing experience when getting gel-x nails done for my ball. I had Lavy do my nails and I couldn't be more happy and obsessed, she did such a great job and really took her time to make sure my nails were perfect! The entire vibe of the place was super chill and the actual salon was nice and clean. Definitely going back! :)

Iβm never going somewhere else again, last nail place really messed up my acrylics. At professionail they fixed up my nails and recommended the best manicure to help them heal as well as still achieving the look i wanted. Lovely ladies, really customer focusedβ¦ and talented!

Professionail The Crossing is an awsome place to get nails done. Anna always surprises me with amazing designs and guides me towards what looks good. She then never fails to have my nails look unforgettable! The atmosphere is calm and enjoyable and the shop always is so tidy.
