   Do not recommend this place at all to get your nails done. Was in desperate need of a good pedicure but it was overall a stressful and non relaxing experience. Not to mention the language barrier, lack of communication, unprofessionalism, and wait times. Went back an hour later and still wasnt served even bare minimum. No thank you for the price you pay

   Absolutely loving all the staff, super friendly and happy with my Nails I had so far! If you are kind, you get kindness back! If people say their Gel nails lifted and rate them less stars because of that.. gel isn’t as promising as acrylic. I went to expensive kiwi owned salons and the gel lifted after one week. Maybe you are like me and have more oily nails, then it doesn’t matter where you go, it will lift!

   I came in to get my toenails painted as I’m recovering from surgery and can’t do them. They charged $25 to paint them and it didn’t last two days. I normally have mine done in Tauranga and they charge $20 and it last a month. I would not go back here ever. The staff were rude.

   When I arrived I couldn’t pay with my card as they don’t accept overseas credit or debit cards. When I came back with cash the staff was not friendly. Did not smile or even say hello. The lady who did my pedicure was rude. Didn’t say anything to me, she Only tapped my feet every time she wanted me to lift them. I had to ask her to turn the massage machine on my chair since she didn’t offer. I paid extra for foot spa treatment and she didn’t even scrub under my feet. Only for 10 seconds so I had to ask her to do it again. After she finished scrubbing my feet she just threw the foot scrub into the water with my feet. Very bad customer service. Not worth the price they charge for a pedicure at all.

   My partner got her acrylic nails taken off by these people today and they absolutely destroyed her real nails, making her bleed. Disgusting customer service and not a single apology. Laughable service, do not go here. Pathetic.

   Incredibly disappointing service. I booked in for a pedicure as a special treat - I never usually get them. I specifically wanted to get the dry skin taken off. The woman was very rude, and only spent a couple of seconds buffing my toes and heels, even after I specifically asked her to focus on that, and my toes looked hideous after she had finished. I also ended up with nail polish on my skin that she didn’t bother to wipe off. The foot massage was so hard it was painful. I could have done a much better job myself at home. I warn anyone wanting a pedicure to avoid professionail like the plague!! Horrific pedicure. 0 stars if I could.
