Pricing was great, location was perfect - close to supermarkets and dinings, enjoyed the quiet motel, overall a superb experience
Disappointing experience for my wife and girls. No soap, needed better cleaning. Cockroaches running around scaring my girls which isn't good. Won't be back. Only came here because the netball at the arena.
The room smelled bad and there was a wet patch on the floor when I first arrived. Only one of the two cooking elements worked and cooking eggs and bacon with a pot was interesting because there wasn’t a frying pan.
Room smelled of wet dogs, required full can of air freshener to be able to stay. mold in shower, damaged table and duvet had stains on it and general not clean, photos attached! Macdonald restaurant over the fence so very noisy on Friday night(party in car park at 3am)
Welcomed via intercom. Room was not clean with grime on walls. One door handle broken. Toilet window handle broke off as i tried to close it as the Heat pump barely worked so was trying to cull cold air coming in. Table chair broken and not safe. No body wash. Surrounding area did not feel safe as it got dark. What a waste of money.
DO NOT STAY HERE (until the owners do some WELL OVERDUE maintenance *hint hint*) My colleagues stayed and honestly didn't even know where to start when writing this review so I feel the need to do it for them - THATS HOW BAD IT WAS - Rude receptionist - Cockroach in the curtain (other guests complained about finding them in their rooms) - Dirty sulfur smell - Fire alarm went off and it was a false alarm and the guests were left to try and figure it out themselves - management didn't speak to them at all - Mould in the shower grout - Marks on the walls - Bathroom lock was broken - Bathroom towel rail was broken - Sink was blocked Only plus is that its a good distance to the conference centre so if you need to make a run for it you can find shelter
Room good. Attention to details needed. Room slept 3 . Only one chair .one cup. One glass. Spare pillows no covers and. Grubby. Shower rail fell apart also towel rail. Dirty socks under bed. And an infestation of ants. Staff very friendly and helpful. Could do better.
My wife recently stayed for employment purposes. The main requirement and enquiry was this motel used for emergency housing purposes? On arrival she became very aware of the clients and felt very unsafe as a result. The Wi-Fi did not work, there were no pillow cases on the pillows which were in serious need of throwing out. There was no tv remote and general cleanliness could be improved. There was no breakfast availability. I would not recommend this to anyone.
Room has a weird smell to it like something is rotting. No wifi at all in room (should have read the reviews as this seems to be an ongoing problem). Furniture is tatty with rips in the chairs.
Walked in the room was in there for about1 minute. Smelt like smoke and had mould all over the curtains. Seemed like it hadn't been cleaned before. Only good thing was the receptionist was quick to refund us. She must do it often.
