   Preeta the manager did my nails and OMG THEY ARE GORGEOUS!!! I am no stranger to having gel nails with designs but she blew it out of the park! So pretty, she knew exactly what was up, and even changed the design to suit me better. It is so bus at the moment and they fit me in as a walk in, had a lovely chat and some laughs, gave me confidence boosting nails and for a really good price. Will only be getting my nails done here from now on even though I live across town!

   I came into get my nails redone, I had done at a different salon. The prior salon made me feel rushed and like I was being a hassle for asking for basic things.The time and care and attention to detail Palak put into both my pedicure and manicure was outstanding. I highly recommend this salon ☺️

   I’m sorry to say that I won’t be going here again. The staff are lovely and I had Raman do gel extensions but her experience in extensions let her down and the result looks fake, over polished and badly applied. When I contacted the owner the next day, in their credit they offered to replace the individual nails but didn’t have enough time to replace the lot as I was going on holiday and I felt that the whole lot needed replacing.

   Me and my sister went in this afternoon to get our nails done. I was just getting a shape and gel polish and she was getting extensions and gel polish. When the lady was preparing my nails she sanded them down so thin that they kind of hurt, she then proceeded to paint them even though she noticed the gel polish was lifting at the sides, she still continued to paint over it. Once she was done I could see around the edge of my nail was flaking because they had been sanded down so far, I was noticeably not happy with my nails and had to ask for the gel to be removed. The nail tech did not off a new colour polish or a refund and only offered clear coat. Then the lady who removed them was clearly very annoyed and was being so rough with my nails and did not even get all the old colour off my nails around the edges. I was very unhappy with how thin my nails looked and felt, my sister had originally paid $80 for what she was getting then was told something else would be better for the condition her nails were in, she was told that her appointment would only be $60 and at this point we had already paid at the start so then they would need to do a refund of $20 but only offered a voucher, after asking several times for a $20 refund instead of a voucher they finally gave in. I’m very unhappy with my nails and how thin and brittle they are now, definitely not the experience I thought I would have after seeing so many great reviews. UPDATE:lady called me and started yelling at me calling me a lier for my honest review. Because I didn’t call out the nail tech in front of everyone in the store, the manager called me to have a go at me and not to resolve anything. Absolutely shocked at how appalling the service is and at attitude of the manager of the store. Not happy and wouldn’t recommend this place if it was the last nail tech ever REVIEW REPLY: this was my experience, the issue was never my sisters $20 it was the fact you absolutely destroyed my nails and then think it’s okay to call a customer and yell at them that they are Lier for stating facts about what THEY experienced during there service. I will be passing this on to my friends and family, because the service and call I got was absolutely appalling and I would hope in the future you hold yourself and your shop to higher standards and call customer liars when they have no reason to lie. Absolutely appalling.

   Loved my builder gel overlay from Kathryn! My nails are weak and tend to break, the builder gel is looking after them really well. One of my nails is also pitted and she did a great job of smoothing everything over. Stunning job :)

   I forgot to write a review but I had my nails done here almost a week ago and it was my second visit and honestly has been a great experience, not only did my nails look great but they took good care of tidying my nails. Lovely and patient people as well, the salon is clean, comfy chairs. Booking an appointment online is easy and prefer it online anyways. I should’ve taken more photos but I’m so happy with them.
