   I had my hair cut by Logan today and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. He was extremely polite, easy to talk to, and made the whole appointment feel relaxed and enjoyable. On top of that, he did an excellent job with my haircut — easily one of the best I’ve had. I highly recommend Logan if you’re looking for great service and a sharp cut.

   I had my first haircut here after many years away from Tauranga. It was very easy to book my appointment online. Ashlie cut my hair. She listened to what I wanted and cut it perfectly. Logan has also cut my hair and also listened and cut my hair perfectly. I'm happy and also my wife is happy.

   There are very few shops I get excited about visiting, Barber Bros is without a doubt in my top three! An amazing atmosphere where all the staff and owners make you feel part of the family is just the start. When a barber shop can make a range of boys 6, 8, 10 and 37 all look forward to their appointment you know it’s doing something right! The hair cuts, beard trims and the close head shaves are always to the highest standards and are very reasonably priced. Parking is always available, coffee and food also available in the same complex with an amazing park across the road it’s a total package boys outing! FYI treat your husbands and dads to the close shave packages available it’s an experience well worth the money!!!

   Edited post - Very disgruntled initially due to the booking system. Subsequently have booked online again through their website which worked fine, but was told instore using the google booking system is still phantom booking. Review altered to reflect store service. Thanks Raven for the cut. Very poor form to have a booking system that allows people to book but when they turn up for their appointment get told they not booked even when they have a booking confirmation. It's hard enough for me to get time off to book and then to be told sorry you're not in the system.

   Took my son here they absolutely butchered his beautiful long hair. Told them to leave the length on and turned away for a minute and they cut 3/4 of his hair off. My son has spent alot of time since sobbing his heart out. Will never go back again will stick to mullet and mermaids at the mt at least they listen.

   My wife took my son in for a cut. When home and the hair dried it was not good, and my son was not happy. (mistakes happen as only human) ....Simply messaged them and went back that evening. Hair was sorted free of charge and now I have 1 happy kid. All 3 boys in the family get hair done here and will continue to go back. Good customer service truly comes to light when there is an issue, so well done team!
