I recently came to Hamilton and had very little idea about the rental market here. Harcourts Hamilton Rentals made the whole process so simple and stress free. Iβm not very confident with computers, but the team went out of their way to help me with every part of the application and paperwork. They never made me feel rushed and their patience meant a lot. A special thank you to Andrea, who showed me the property and explained everything clearly. Jenny at customer service and reception was always friendly, picked up every call, and helped me fill out the rental application step by step. And Marnie, the property manager, guided me through signing all the documents and made sure I understood everything before I signed. They all treated me with so much respect and kindness. It felt like dealing with people who genuinely care, not just a business transaction. I ended up getting a great place and Iβm very happy with their service. Wouldn't use this company as a certain property manager tries to charge a fee for change of tenancy agreements, which is forbidden under the residential tenancies act 1986. Go through another property agent and safe yourself the problems.

Me and my family rented a house from Hamilton rentals, and we moved after 5 years. Christopher Neal was the property manager. He was very patient, professional and caring. Looking after the benefits of both landlord and tenant (us). My experience during this tenancy is to document every defect at the property as much as you can and get it confirmed by agents, so that both sides would be happy at the evacuation date.

I am so disappointed with harcourt rental service. I end my tenancy in December last year, but the bond havenβt been returned to me till now. This is because they reply the email very slow, and they did not update the documents with Tenancy support. And they reply the email very slow, and sometimes they ignore us when we sent email to ask about the bond. I am so disappointed with their service, I will never rent house or buy house in Harcourt, and I will also tell my friend this story. My roommate already sent a complaint letter to them, hope they wonβt Ignore us this time.

I have never had any issues with the previous landlords. It has not been 4months I am with Harcourts renting a studio room and already there has been a number of issues. First and foremost, they don't know how to communicate with people. It feels like they just don't care about anything. Mind you property managers, you might overrule or be rude to you colleagues or juniors but not towards the tenants or clients. The wages that you get from your company comes from the tenants and the way some of the property managers attitudes are, there will come a time when you won't have any clients left.
