Called to enquire about making a booking for my 2 sons for A320 sim. Was told that although they did not have anyone on at that stage, if I could book it on the website it would be available. Website showed many slots available for that afternoon, booked it and received confirmation email, payment taken from credit card. Arrived early, finally got let into facility to be told (by very helpful instructor) that no one was there for sim. Gave me number for lady to contact following day, when I called her I got told it was my fault as I hadn’t booked with enough warning time. After 2 phone calls, 2 emails (all initiated by me) and almost 5 working days still waiting on refund.
