   Really helpful people. They bent over backwards to accommodate our request. We asked for another two sets of regalia for our other son and daughter who had graduated earlier. One set was from Otago but they still managed to get it for us and all this on the busiest day of their year, and done with a smile!

   What an absolute debacle with atrocious communication on their part. Condescending, unprofessional and unnecessarly stressful. On an earlier conversation the women told me that they have been heavily impacted by covid, which is so true and so tough ... so you would think they would work harder to met the demand they now have. Dealing with this outfit was a truly horrible experience and if you have another option, please take it.
