Not bad ! Stayed here for a night ! The staffs were pretty friendly. The room is pretty small, has basic facilities like TV, small fridge and Wifi. Enough for basic needs Valet parking fee was a bit too high by the way ! Also the room was not too clean and the toilet was a bit smelly
This hotel was a great location. Had parking (albeit had to pay to have my car parked!), friendly staff, comfortable rooms. I had to take some medication and had to have a piece of bread or a couple of crackers and the amazing lady in the dining room helped me out (and made me feel much better!!). I will definetly stay again!! Thank you.
I had a really pleasant stay here. The check-in and check-out process was super easy and efficient β staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a short stay. Parking can be a bit tricky, so itβs worth planning ahead. If you donβt want to spend too much on parking, be prepared to park about a 10-minute walk away. Centre Place offers $10 parking if you register in advance, which is a great option. Overall, a great value hotel in a convenient location β Iβd definitely stay again!
I recently had the pleasure of staying for a single night. The location proved to be quite convenient, offering easy access to the river walk area and a variety of restaurants in the surrounding streets. My room, situated on an upper floor, provided a pleasant view of the river. The room itself was simple, yet clean and well-maintained, with an aesthetically pleasing design in both the room and the lounge area. The staff were friendly and provided nice service. The breakfast in the morning offered good selection of food. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable lounge area. The only minor issue was that the toilet seat was not soft-closing, which resulted in some noise when closing the lid. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
Super efficent check-in, great room with spectacular views out over the river, and east of the city. Super friendly staff and really well located for work, shops and restaurants (just around corner from Cafe Centrale - awesome Italian) Manager allowed me to work in the lounge area, later in the day, after I'd checked out. Just delighted with the stay.
We had lunch and it was really good. Service was excellent and the restaurant area is lovely. Some books and toys for kids which was nice for our daughter.
Friendly staff, rooms are what you expect as advertised we stayed in King room with city view. Valet was hectic we sat in our cars for a little while before someone eventually came out to start moving the line along. Double checked our check in fee with woman at counter to be sure it included what we paid for which was confirmed though her and what looked like her supervisor/senior colleague (room, late check out and one breakfast). On check out was mistakenly paid out by a male staff which has been rectified though they are now telling us we are in owing for what we've already paid for (they have been sent receipts) and they say it was for two breakfasts but we only booked one. Second time staff have messed up pricing with us in a month. Would recommend booking and paying for what you want in advance online. Pillows are uncomfortable to sleep on and are all one size, if you have a preference would recommend bringing your own. Ordered room service from late hours menu paid $22 for nachos and they forgot sour cream. Toasties are nice/as you would expect but for $8 both were overpriced. Bathroom floor drain smelt like sewage sometimes. Because we booked late check out we let them know we intend on leaving by 4:30pm. We slept around 2pm but were woken to staff knocking on our door to service it though we were late check out and they should have known. Again friendly staff but poor communication, not best service.
Great hotel for the price. We had a riverside room, pretty view, comfy bed & pillows and it was super clean. Staff were lovely and helpful. Thought the valet parking was quite reasonable. Overall very happy & had a nice stay. Location is fantastic - short stroll to all the bars & cafes and a quick and cheap uber to Hamilton Stadium.
The ladies at the reception Amanda and Rebecca were super friendly and provided exceptional service. This enhanced the whole customer experience taking it to another level. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and looking forward to coming back again.
