   Very disappointed experience of wire binding my book. Staff was informed of previous experience that they did wire binding incorrectly resulting inability to turn the pages. Repeated the same mistake again this time, refused to correct it again, Thumbs up for the staff at the te rapa branch who corrected someone else's mistake.

   I'm really disappointed with the service I received at this store. I visited just to get one simple printout. The shop wasn’t busy at all—only one customer was ahead of me. However, I ended up waiting for almost 30 minutes, as the staff member was busy teaching that customer how to use an app on their phone. I understand providing good customer service, but spending that much time helping someone with an Android app doesn't seem like something that should happen in a stationery shop—especially when other customers are waiting. Eventually, another staff member arrived at a different counter, but she said her computer wasn’t working, so she couldn’t help either. All in all, I feel that my time was not respected, and I expected much better service from Stationery Warehouse. I hope they improve their system and prioritize serving customers more efficiently in the future.

   Depending on how many pages you need, might be cheaper to buy yourself a printer. I had no options that day, so I paid $5 for 4 pages. Service was pretty slow, but the guy was quite polite, so I'm giving one star more just for him.
