   We made a special trip to get a” Treat” as in the past all the food at Mixture has been exceptional. We got a cream cheese berry muffin as a take out it was by and far the worst muffin I have ever tasted it was dry and inedible. I felt I should phone the owner to let them know how disappointed I was however when I goggled them there is no phone number available nor was the web site active. I will not be going back until I hear it has changed hands and has improved!!!

   I made a special effort to come to mixture as I’ve been a few times. The coffee was nice. The cinnamon scroll was too hot to eat, flavourless and chewy. I took it back and got a date scone that is dry and crumbly. I didn’t pay extra for the scone but neither was I offered a refund of the difference in price. The experience wasn’t the treat I was looking forward to.

   What a spot! Tried an array of dishes and wasn’t disappointed by any of them. The cabinet selection is huge but the food is actually fresh and tasty. I don’t usually like fish cakes but this one is a must try. The scroll was incredible and full of flavour. Chicken filo was alright nothing special compared to the others. The burger and drinks were a 5/5 as well - even the decaf coffee tasted good! The open atmosphere has a good vibe and majority of staff provide great service.

   Bread was yummy, with my scrambled eggs. If you like noisy and mediocre service, this is the place. There's lots of tables though, which is a plus, and the coffee was good.

   Got myself a poached egg on toast with a side of bacon... Asked for a soft poached and it came out as I asked for... Bacon was also cooked as I'd enjoy... The hollandaise could use a little more lemon juice (personal opinion)but yeah not a major issue... the service was amazing and the overall ambiance was nice

   Came here with a few friends over the long weekend. We got a few eggs Benedict's, a big breakfast and a Beef Burger. I had the eggs benedict, and the eggs were cooked well, but I did find the salad average and the potato toastie a bit hard - I would rate it 3.5/5. I would also note my friend's beef burger had a shard of plastic in it, and we did receive a replacement for the burger, which we were charged for and a free coffee which was appreciated. However, again an average response to the situation. I felt that that dish should not have been charged, but fair enough. Hence, we walked away with a relatively “meh, average” experience.

   I got a small capaccino and the funky and fungi. I think if I added an egg, I would've enjoyed it more. The mushrooms was really nice. I'll go back and try another dish next time, the vibe was awesome.
