   Visited Eighty Eight Café and was impressed by the portion sizes — definitely generous and worth the price. However, the food itself was fairly average in taste. We also had quite a long wait for a table, which took away from the overall experience a bit. Good value if you’re hungry, but don’t go in a rush.

   My favourite cafe in the Mount! Has an awesome selection of cabinet food and their signature eighty eight breakfast was perfect! Definitely recommend giving their carrot cake a go! So delicious. Will be back on my next visit.

   I wish I would’ve discovered this place sooner. And I’m so grateful that I still found it. I came in for a coffee and it’s really cool cause each one has a double shot and I opted for a third shot and it’s only a dollar more and then I saw this amazing scone And I had no intention of eating food until I saw this thing and I’m like I gotta have it and wow, it is one of the favorite things I have eaten in a while. I highly recommend coming here. They have such a wide variety of fresh baked, pastries, and savory items and sandwiches. I will be back. Thank you for creating such a wonderful place to indulge my taste buds.

   Food is delicious and of large portion. Scrambled eggs are well cooked, soft and tender. Iced Latte and Iced Mocha are great. Just the cutlery is not clean, and there are food stains sometimes. The garden shed area is of nice atmosphere. Good service.

   came here after watching the sunrise nearby zero wait food is pretty 4/5 i got a paleo chicken with salad (spinach, carrots) it was probably a bit more expensive than i wouldve preferred, but the other food on the menu were good self serve water for yourself

   How good! Still happy with the amazing breakfast we had at Eighteight Cafe. We had a hot chocolate and ordered from the menu. Pancakes and the chorizo omelette were fantastic, both of them were made at level of excellence. They have lovely cabinet food too (sweet and savory)k

   We loved the atmosphere and they had great customer service. We had the vegan filo wrap and a blueberry& custard muffin and both was delicious. They also had an amazing cabinet selection, but unfortunately none of the items had prices on them which was very frustrating. We also hot the iced moch and coffee and both was delicious, not too sweet, but sweet enough. Overall it was a great experience

   Friendly staff, ok food and good coffee. Had a french toast that was ok but could be better if the bananas were also fried. Eggs bennie were good. Nice environment
