   Please be careful receiving a removal from this place, or any other service that involved them using an e-file! Caused horrible damage to my nails during my removal, literal painful divets in the nailbed that have made it impossible to have any other work with the UV lamp done as it causes me excruciating pain, not to mention all my natural nails have broken off. EDIT: You can see the red divets within my nail. After oil application was washed off with water my nails became translucent like tissue paper and tore off with no force. I'm choosing not to divulge my private personal information further.

   There were perfect, we are so happy with the results thank you so much !! we did a walk in appointment first impressions they were very Friendly ladies/man :) The time was up to 45 min to an hour which was fantastic with how well the nails came out. The nail art was beautifully done. The prices are reasonable not too expensive which is also good. over all experience was great. We will definitely be coming back.

   Very unhappy with this service. Man who did my nails didn’t ask me how I wanted anything apart from the length. The base colour of my nails was also much pinker than I had wanted but I did not get a choice in it. The nail shape is uneven and one of my nails base colour is 2 times darker than the others and you can see through the polish my natural nail. When he was using the electric filer he went onto my skin and I now have various marks outside of my nails the sting. I couldn’t do anything about my nails at the time because I had somewhere to be and by the time my nails were finished it had been almost 2 hours. Told me “there not bleeding so” and that “it’s part of the process” Overall was not a good experience and defiantly not worth my $85.

   Yip not today, maybe because he was a he, maybe because he was in his ph alot, maybe because he rushed! Had to remind him that they are my actual nails, not plastic! He hurt a bit. No cutical treatment, kept painting the side of my fingars, no oil treatment.. I would of left, but I didn't want to get angry in public. Thus was my 4th time to this place, all other times have been awrsome, just not today..

   Had nail dipping done. Job was pretty mediocre, as I have had this done multiple times.Hygiene standards nonexistent. The lady cut my cuticle...twice, second time it bleed. Then she mopped up the blood and proceeded to go on to next client. She was going from client to client without changing her gloves at any time.Considering what the world has just experienced its really quite shocking.Will not be back.

   To start with, the ladies who work in here are amazing. Yesterday, i went to get one of my chipped nails fixed and paid $7. This guy wIth blonde hair colour was very unprofessional in his approach. He did a very terrible job on my pointing finger. He glued the fake nail to my cuticle and it hurts like hell. The nail looked bumpy and shapeless. He was not even listening to what I wanted to be done on my nails. His attitude was very careless. Pls when u hire staffs, make sure they understand that the customers pay for their service and that they are not doing it for free. Thanks

   Not the best of experiences overall unfortunately. Started off well with my pedicure/massage but then they started doing my manicure at the same time which I felt was a bit odd. Then they swapped the lady to finish off my pedicure and before she could paint my nails they changed the woman again meaning I was passed around 4 people. And currently two of my gel nails are off after a week which is very disappointing considering I spent money to get my nails done and was expecting them to last longer than 1 week. Not what I expected.

   Worst nails I have ever had in my life. She was rushing them, leaving me for 10+ minutes at a time to go finish other customers services. She did the wrong shape and told me that was what I asked for when I'd pointed to the shape I wanted. Was extremely rude when I asked for a refund and only gave my money back when I started showing other customers the awful job she did.
