   I came into The Skin Spa for a facial with Olivia and honestly had the best experience. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so comfortable and taken care of. She explained every step of the treatment and talked me through the products she was using so I always knew what was happening. The whole facial felt super calming, and my skin looked so refreshed afterwards. Olivia has such a gentle touch and really pays attention to what your skin needs. I left feeling relaxed and glowing. Highly recommend booking in with her she’s amazing!

   I absolutely LOVE The Skin Spa! I’m super fussy with my nails and the team absolutely nailed it! The therapists are so welcoming, gentle and genuinely care about the little details. From the moment I walked in, I felt relaxed and looked after. My nails have never looked better, I got them done for a wedding in Aussie and they’ve lasted me 3 weeks. Highly recommend

   Best Birthday Gift! My hubby booked me the Ultimate Spa Experience for my birthday, and it was the best gift I could’ve asked for! The entire experience was amazing! The massage was so relaxing and absolutely perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made me feel completely at ease. It’s honestly the best spa experience I’ve ever had. I left feeling refreshed, pampered, and so grateful. I’ll definitely be going back and highly recommend Skin Spa to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing escape!    Amazing service, super luxurious treatment, the staff at Skin Spa go the extra mile and make you feel a million bucks. Extremely professional and top quality products used. I was gifted a body bliss voucher and I felt 10 years younger after the treatment. I am not one to leave reviews but this business deserves it.

   Went for a heavenly spa pedicure that I had a gift voucher for. I booked during the week and then turned up to my appointment on Saturday for the staff member to say that they hadn’t booked me in - no apology at all. She then fitted me in it was not relaxing at all. The room was absolutely freezing and the meant to be nice hot water was barely warm. The wax was put on my feet but feel off with the gloves of the staff member - nothing at all like I thought it should have happened. She finished up painting my toes and while I was freezing I waited for them to dry. She told me I could go - so I touched the paint (they were definitely not dry). I told her they were not dry and it’s smudged but I felt I was annoying her. Instead she said they will be dry - so I ended up leaving in my bare feet! Now 8 of my toes are smudged and honestly don’t see the point of getting them done if they are just going to turn out like that. The whole time I felt like I was inconveniencing her and the service I received was ridiculous and a waste of my time.
