   My go to nail place. Every time I go I always get the best service and walk out with exactly what I wanted. I get acrylics and they last a good while too (3-4 weeks before the base slightly starts lifting) They are great with designs too and very efficient with time. Shout out to Kate! She’s done my nails the past 4 times and she always kills it!

   I am fuming with the service I received the woman absolutely shredded my cuticles and tore the skin open while filing the acrylics, no apology after I pulled back in pain. While I do love my nails I won’t be going back to that salon, if I could give 0 stars I would

   I didn’t go in with great expectations due to previous reviews and perhaps I got the best manicurist ever. . .Sure, she didn’t talk to me and she answered her phone.. . But maybe she had a very good reason to have her phone with her? I don’t know and that’s why I don’t give them a 5 star rating. But, the SNS coating was off within minutes, nails beautifully shaped and looking great.

   The people were working there didn't make any eye contact, was sullen and honestly disinterested in doing their job properly. My fingernails were handled roughly, sanding the nail ended up nicking the flesh and sanded nail shavings ended up on my bag, clothes etc. I was shocked at how unsanitary the whole process was. Lady who painted my nails watched her video on her handphone right in front of me while my nails were drying and when I pointed out that the coats appeared light (translucent and not opaque) she said that the colour I have chosen was like that. Showed her my right hand and nails were painted opaque. She obviously missed a coat. Did a haphazard job of putting on another coat and it was uneven/patchy at best. Do not recommend.

   My wife went in to treat herself to a manicure on a whim but she would never have gone in if she had seen the reviews. Not only was the service awful barely talked to her didn’t communicate what they were doing but her nails looked awful all different lengths colour poorly out on and the next day these supposed gel nails started to peel off. Such a disappointment for a woman who never gets time to treat herself.

   Don’t be scared off by the low rating! Went here with my family last minute and they got us in and gave an amazing manicure. I love how my nails turned out, so precise with their design. Would come here again if in the area ☺️
