I recently booked and hour Pedicure with Galaxy, see the attached photos. I arrived at 15.40 was finished by 16.04 and was expected to pay the full 1 hour pedicure price. On questioning this, I was told I had a pedicure ... I showed them their advertisement and that I booked for an hour. I was then charged the 45 min price and was basically ignored. No reply to my email send to the manager as well.
Ling is amazing β€οΈ sheβs talkative not awkward, she done my cuticles and all done an amazing job and reasonable price! This is my new best nail place
Nice service. Affordable and great staff
When I called in, they told me that dip powder with French tips would cost me $65, but they charged me $75. They did not file down the dip powder so it was nice and smooth, but rather left the edges lumpy, leaving my fingers looking stumpy. They did not try to find out exactly how I wanted it, but just went ahead, then asked part way through if I liked the shape, not even enquiring how I wanted everything done.. I am very disappointed in them, and will not be using them again. I am not please with them at all.
