I flew all the way from Brisbane to have my hair permanently straightened and colored by Arti, after hearing so many great things about her through word of mouth. She truly went above and beyond to deliver exactly what I wanted, paying attention to every detail. The results were incredible, and I've been receiving countless compliments on my hair ever since. Thank you so much, Arti, for your amazing work!
Avoid this place! First off they are rude and unpleasant, treated me and my partner like a hassle...it was really uncomfortable. We had our eyebrows threaded and both of us left with red rashes and littoral cuts that showed abit of blood, 4 days later and we still had red marks. This has never happened to me befor, anywhere. She also misshaped them and missed so much hair. Didn't apply any cream or whipe away any hair on my face. Nor did she ask what shape I wanted or how thick or thin. I will never come back here lol, unprofessional.
Went in to get foils and was really happy with it but I was a bit annoyed that I had to pay a extra $30 for a blow wave that I didn't ask for. Although the lady did apologize because she didnt know it would cost extra but I still think her boss should of told her not to charge me for it.
She never gave me the small mirror to check my eyebrows and when I came home and checked there were plenty of hair left, the threading and upper lips wasn’t good at all. Couldn’t go back coz I had left my baby with someone but utterly disappointed with the service. Do your job nicely please
Didn't do the threading correctly, left lots of pieces of eye brows. Spent most of the time talking to another person on the phone, coughing and splattering with no mask on while doing cuts and threading, and charged 10$ misc for something they couldn't explain "it was just the price"
Poor service, unprofessional behaviour, never recommend & never will go there again. Terrible waxing on my under arms and I end up with doctor appoinment before & I made mistake again and they did same with my eye-brows. Very rude behaviour & unprofessiinal staff.
I had made an appointment for one of my disability clients for 1030 and then once we arrived for our appointment the lady asked who it was for and i pointed to my client outside, she looked her up and down and said "sorry we are fully booked" i then said but we have an appointment she then said well not with me you didn't, so we had to leave, she was so excited to get a hair cut saved her money and everything. This is disgusting behavior judging a person by there disability and looks, you should be ashamed of yourself, this was the owner i was dealing with too. Will not be recommending this place to anyone.
