Lovely experience, first time coming here. Atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming. Literally walked in the door & Adam waved at me even tho I wasn't his client, knew me by name n pronounced my name correctly (made me feel very seen) asked another client if they would like a hot cuppa while they wait, also not his client. His customer service skills are on fleek. Pauline did an amazing amazing job on my nails. Just a lovely bunch of people really. Highly recommend. Think this is gonna be my new spot for all my beauty treatments. Parking was primo too. If you wanna feel pampered this is the place to go.
