I have been a customer at Pari’s Hair and Beauty for over 5 years, and I can’t recommend them enough. The staff are very experienced and truly know the ins and outs of everything from hair, skin, beauty, enhancements - eyelash extensions, lip blush cosmetic tattoos, eyebrow lamination and much more. The team’s attention to detail, professionalism, and passion for what they do is unmatched. Jennifer done an awesome job on my hair today at the Victoria Street branch.
Just came back from getting my hair done great service amazing team done a great job on my hair i got a cut and colour with toner love it feel lighter and fresher! Absolutely recommend. Reasonable price too!
Do not recommend giving your time & effort to this place. Where as they keep changing there minds about policy after I was messaging them about my recent experience. Regarding the lash appointment I had, a week into having the lashes on I ended up getting an eye infection, & it is very painful to remove having to actually cut my own lashes to relieve some of the pain & to get antibiotics for the swelling to go down is something that you shouldn’t need to do after getting your lashes done, especially from a beauty salon. The cleanliness is appalling.
Went for an hr full body massage and it was PUTRID. She didnt know what she was doing, hurt me multiple times. My appointment was at 10am, she told me 15 minutes. 30 mins later she told me 10 more minutes, didnt go in till 10:47am. They yook 2 other people before me who walked in after i did. toilets were filth. Get better customer service.
Full Brazilian wax purchased on a Grabone, then charged extra $10 for backside. Unhygienic to say the least. I wanted to like this place and everything else seems okay but she USED ONLY ONE STICK APPLYING WAX, ONE FOR THE FRONT AND ONE FOR THE BACK. Same stick the whole time! She was a nice lady, but obviously not aware of what FULL BRAZILIAN MEANS or that the surface of the skin is home to bacteria,dead skin cells and other debris, and these things can and DO get transferred to the wax pot. Unfortunately I won't be going back, ever.
I got my hair colour done from diva also hair cut. I’m very very happy with the results. Excellent customer service… amazing team work. I will visit again and recommend Diva beauty and hair salon to everyone.❤️❤️
I booked a session to have my eyebrows tattooed. A combination of microblading and ombré. I was very nervous to begin with but the cosmetic technician made me feel so relaxed and comfortable which was great. She did an amazing job on my brows. I love them, so much so that I went back three days later to get my eye liners tattooed and a few other cosmetic procedures which I am also very happy with. I have three family members travelling from Hastings to have their eye brows done because they love mine. The team are brilliant and they do a fantastic job. I recommend diva to anyone.
I WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS!!!!! I paid $60 for a Grabone voucher for a full set of silk eyelash extensions from here for myself and my sister for her WEDDING. What we received appear more like flares attached underneath my lash line with extension glue (see pictures), NOT extensions attached to my lashes. I contacted them, and they COMPLETELY refute that they use flares, despite flares being listed as an "eyelash extension" option on their website. We have agreed to disagree. The technician was sweet, but the application was very uncomfortable. She used tape to secure my lower lashes, poking my eyeball and initially also taped down my lids too. By the time I realised the botched job (the next morning, once 3 clusters had falled out) it was was the morning of the wedding and there was no time to fix it. They offer to fix things within 24hours, but if this is "genuinely" what they consider to be real eyelash extensions, I wouldn't want them to fix it. They did not offer any other kind of compensation. I do not consider these REAL eyelash extensions, and I am inclined to believe the other reviews on here that say that others in the industry have had to fix botched jobs from this salon.
