   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ “I had a wonderful experience at this beauty salon. The staff were very friendly, professional, and welcoming. I got my eye threading done and it was excellent — very neat and perfectly done. I was really happy with the results. At the end, they also gave me a free head massage, which was very relaxing and a lovely surprise. The salon was clean and comfortable. I am very satisfied and will definitely visit again. Highly recommend. Thank you so much all the staff. ❤️

   Ive been here twice, with the first time being a great experience but unfortunately the second time not so much. I had patches of hair still left on my legs and being told that there was after pay. going to pay to be told that they don't at this store was very disappointing.

   In Dinsdale not good service, I booked there my full face threading and waxing, she burns my sides with wax, it’s too red and itchy, small pimples, when I informed to owner they are not accepting and my one eyebrow is thick and one thin and it’s looking different, but my face is itchy 2 days but still not recovery. When owner talk with her on call she is showing attitude in front of me . She is not accepting her she done that thing.

   I had gel polish applied. The room was very poorly lit, so I didn't see any faults until the next day. The polish was chipping and peeling within 24 hours. I have never had that experience before. So I rang to arrange a refund and to have them removed. Of course this meant adding another 30 minutes plus travel time to the 60 minutes of the original appointment (removal of previous gel polish from another salon, which had lasted the usual nearly 2 weeks). When I went in to have them removed I was given a number to call to discuss refund with the owner. After the time wasted, and the poor service, I was not prepared to chase up someone to discuss the issue further, as o fully expected to discuss it then and there. Or for them to call me! Really disappointing. Photos are from the day after the application. I had been careful with my hands.

   Shout out to Shine magic staff & services. Every time when I go there, smiling faces are always there to welcome me. Last time I had got my hair service done by Tripta and she did a great job and today it was Sonia who was excellent too.. I am so happy with the services I got every time and also with the staff. Harman is also very nice lady & professional. Always recommending these lovely ladies and shine magic touch to everyone❤️❤️

They have a great and relaxed atmosphere, Harman always gets a thorough understanding of what you want before she starts and best of all they give a quote for the price before they start doing your hair. 10/10 Must visit place Highly Recommend
