i came shopping for the late night shop the other night and i LOVED my experience in this store. the young girl working with bright red hair was absolutely lovely. she had awesome customer service!! was very helpful, welcoming and pleasant to talk to

Went to Jay jays yesterday in Tauranga crossing. Store was absolutely quiet, no one else in there. 2 girls behind the counter. One was helpful, the other was sitting down. We got what we needed. One helped us get what we needed, the other served us. Pushed our stuff across the counter after we paid and said βthanksβ. No bag offered. We left. We got just out of Bethlehem, (heading home to Waihi, and realised the security tag was still on an item. We took it back in tans the girl who served us, put her hands on her head and starts shaking it. She goes oops! The other girl once again, helped us out. No apologies, just an inconvenient 20 minute trip back to the shop to remove a security tag which should be part of the service. No apologies, no sorry, nothing.
