   Stop to get information and to have a cb install, the office walkers didn't even look at me and Engineer was not much help either. Total fail in customer service and service knowledge.

   Very accommodating by fitting me in quickly for trailer lights that weren't going to pass a Warrant of Fitness. Unfortunately the trailer still didn't pass due to the number plate light not working - so a completely wasted trip all the way into Hamilton for the failed Warrant plus having to take it all the way over AGAIN after replacing the LED light fitting. So very mixed reactions - absolutely great work what they DID do, but a shame about missing that important light...

   It’s been a pleasure to deal with this business. Instantly targeted the problem, solved it, game over. Approaches to other auto elect. In Hamilton proved difficult to find someone that could help without waiting a week not offering a lot of help. Totally recommend, a trip to Huntly was well worth it. Thanks.
