   Worst hair cut ever. Super rushed, it was like the barber thought he was the Usain Bolt of the barber world. Didn't listen to what I asked for or paid attention to the photo I showed him. He poked me in the eye with his comb, left long pieces of hair, his fade and scissor skills are terrible, he trimmed way to much around the back and the trim was uneven. I had to go to another barber immediately afterwards to get it fixed, luckily the barber who fixed it only charged me a $1 because he was so gutted for me.

   Legends. Top quality service and cut. Efficient to the point where you’re not waiting hours as the queue grows. But also spend as much time as you needed making sure you get the cut you’re after. Second time here and think I’ll make this my main barber now.

   Always love to be here. All the staff is very welcoming and helpful. They listen to you and give you best suited service. I love the positive vibes and smiles on everybody's faces. Highly recommended and if there were more stars, I would give them all for their service.

   Requests how to cut my sons hair were completely ignored. Instead they were shorn like sheep. Both cuts were rushed through in a very untidy manner. Yes, I understand that after weeks of lock down they had to cope with a massive influx of clients, but this is no excuse for a sloppy job. When I returned to request a refund I was discussing the matter with a young gentleman in a calm manner. The barber who did the hair cuts approached telling me I shouldn't' "make a scene" and to "never come back". I've been in retail myself for 25 years and know how to handle dispute resolution. The way how I was brushed off by the barber is certainly not the way to resolve an issue and fix a strained customer relationship.
