   Went in with a very complicated task for the girls, red hair dye build up, change it into a blonde balayage and Kerri Ann absolutely delivered. She was so nice and also did her due diligence and figured out the best strategy and my hair looks amazing and healthy, I’m obsessed. Thank you again Kerri, it’s flawless and you worked for it, 5.5 hours and she was a trooper. 10/10 would recommend x

   My aunty had a great experience from this place. Very welcoming and engaging. I went there in April, they gave me a discount for being a student, did my undercut and cut my hair. I loved it! It's the only place I will bother going to. Laura was the one who served me!! It was great. It was my first time and I really wanted to get it cut before I traveled to Auckland. So they kindly booked me in for the day, even tho we hadn't planned anything Last week I got my hair cut on Wednesday (earlier appointment than scheduled). The receptionists are polite and efficient. The undercut ended up being messy and not done well. I got irritated becuz I had plans that week, so going back to Hamilton was too much. I trusted they'd do a good job and unfortunately I was wrong Ended up calling them, and they booked another one. So I'll be seeing Laura again the week after. Hopefully it goes well, finding a new, good hairdresser can be a chore. They are good tho! Just frustrated about my last week's experience

   I went in to get a full head of blonde highlights for my daughters wedding. She did a great job of them.But The Toner she used turned my hair an ash colour and it covered up my highlights, you couldn’t see them and definitely not what I asked for or wanted. so they had to strip it out and still it wasn’t right so they striped it out again. No apology from Jessica who did my hair. I went home really really upset. And sadly my hair is now a weird dull smokey copper blonde shade. And feels like straw. An appointment for the next day was made to resolve it and for the hair cut I missed out on. but I was told there was nothing more they could do. I was happy with the service from the lovely lady who cut my hair. But unfortunately this is the bad highlight job I will be wearing to my daughters wedding. Thanks Jessica. I certainly won’t be back .And I paid full price.
