Chloe had gone out of her way to help us and show us the different options that was available in the bridesmaid dresses. Although we didn't buy a dress today, I want to acknowlege the extraordinary customer service! Well done!
In December I ordered a dress online in size 12. I am normally a size 10-12 nz, but at the time of the wedding I will be 6 weeks postpartum. Upon ordering one of their staff called me to say the dress can be abit oversized. I explained my situation and we agreed a 12 should work. I have since had my baby and tried on the dress. Not only does it look absolutely nothing like the photos on the model, it is about 4 sizes oversized. I contacted them to basically get told this is what you ordered. I wouldnβt recommend, the dresses are expensive and not of any quality. See photo of dress on model and then the dress I received (I am one week postpartum in the photo and dress is size 12) Just writing this review so someone isnβt stuck frantically searching for a new dress 4 weeks out from a wedding due to misleading sizes and photos like myself.
We got 3 bridesmaid dresses from Evolution Clothing and the whole process was so smooth. The team was very lovely and patient and was very helpful. They also had a great selection of colours and styles! Perfect if you're unsure on what you want and if you want to do a bit of browsing. The dresses we picked out arrived very quickly, but unfortunately two of them fitted differently than the samples they had tried on. However, the team was awesome about the issue and re-ordered them as it was the result of a factory issue. The new dresses arrived very fast and the girls all looked amazing on the day! Would 100% recommend Evolution Bridesmaids!!
Very disappointed. I was nervous about dress shopping after having recently had a baby but the shop assistant was lovely and put me at ease. I ended up ordering a Kate Dress in white after being convinced that the sample dress looked great on me. I was told that I would need to wear nude underwear because of the white fabric but unfortunately when the dress arrived it was completely see through and did not fit at all even after ironing. I returned the dress and it was sent for a quality check which resulted in me being told there was nothing wrong and it was made to perfect measurements. There was no caring or understanding customer service and no suggestions at all of how to fix the issues I was having with the fit of the dress. I was just told I should have steamed the dress like they did, even though their email advice specifically says ironing is better than steaming. Regardless I was left feeling very upset after this phone call where I was basically told by Evolution that itβs not their problem. The dress was returned to me in a crumpled heap. I feel like Evolution couldnβt care less that I was unhappy with the dress because they got their money. I would never recommend Evolution to anyone and would actually go as far as warning people against buying dresses there. Have bought a much nicer, cheaper dress elsewhere now.

We went to evolution clothing at Mount Maunganui looking for ball dresses and the customer service was incredible. Jess, one of the staff, was so lovely and helpful, so good at her job and had plenty of compliments and advice to give as well as great conversation. We all agreed this was one of the best retail experiences we can remember !!
Love their clothes! Well priced and quality - staff are friendly and super helpful! Ordered some pants to be made in a different colour- it was offered to me which I didnβt even know you could do ! Highly recommend this place !
I ordered my two bridesmaid's dresses from Evolution's and I wasn't disappointed! The had a good range, different materials, and were super helpful, especially with us being spread around the country. Everyone loved them, so happy! hassle free and beautiful, thank you!
