Had both my hair and my husbands hair done at North and the team there are wonderful. Did a fantastic job with my husbands hair and let him come and have lunch with me while I spent 7 hours on the chair. My hair is everything I could have wanted and more. Its absolutely stunning. The team are warm, welcoming, friendly and so so talented. Can not recommend the team at North enough. Will be back again.
Love this salon! Mel and the team are amazing – friendly, professional, and so talented. From the moment you walk in, you're made to feel welcome and well looked after. Mel really listens and always nails the look I'm going for. The whole experience is relaxing and enjoyable every time. It's always such a pleasure to go to North Hair Studio. You're always greeted with a really warm welcome and the salon is such an inviting and relaxing space. Shannon always takes the time to really understand my hair texture and how much (or little!) maintenance I am looking for in a style. I'm always so pleased with the hair cut itself, and leave feeling really well looked after and listened to. I couldn't recommend this salon more for a friendly and relaxing atmosphere, stunning cutting and styling, and genuine passion for client care. I look forward to my next appointment!
Hands down the best salon in Hamilton!! I’ve been getting my hair done by Mel for about 10 years now and she always delivers perfection!! Along with foils, I also love getting the BKT Keratin treatments, they make styling my hair at home effortless.
Absolutely love this place. The staff are so lovely and friendly. They're kind and efficient, and the store is so clean, added bonus is it's close to home! I was fortunate that I got my haircut as a part of a trainee cut special. It is the best cut I've had in an age! I was super anxious as I had a bad experience some years back, but these guys blew that anxiety right away! I will be back for a colour and future cuts! I finally have a hairdresser ❤️
Maddy did the most amazing job on my hair! I’m super pregnant and self conscious but she has made me feel so amazing! Couldn’t recommend enough! I’ve been blonde for 6 years and to so many hairdressers and always find it hard to achieve what I ask for but she did that and more! Truely a gem to this salon!!!
I often get my hair done at North Hair, I am always impressed with the service I receive from all staff. I get a full head of foils from Madi! She takes her time to listen to my preferences and brings them to life, she is amazing and always super friendly. Would definitely recommend North Hair to anyone who wants a freshen up in a cosy cool place.
I have followed Lindsay to 2 different salons now as she is an excellent stylist and a lovely person. North Hair is a pleasant salon, friendly and kind staff, full of bright natural light, delicious hot chocolate and comfortable chairs (love how the shampoo chairs have a motorised recline). 10/10
