   I had an excellent experience at this salon. It was my first time. Graham managed to fit me in on short notice, which I greatly appreciated. He took the time to listen carefully to my goals, transforming my balayage from brunette back to a beautiful creamy blonde. The cut was exactly what I wanted, super blunt and the entire process was impressively efficient - there was no waiting around. The lovely girl who shampoo’d my hair was also very friendly.    ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! the lady doing my hair absolutely butchered it!!!!! she thinned out my hair when i absolutely did NOT ask her too and cut it way too short!! I asked for layers and was left with awkward CHUNKS randomly around my head!! so dissatisfied. never again!!!! DEFINITELY NOT worth the $50!!!
