The wonderful, vivacious and funny Madi cut my hair for the first time recently. I asked her to follow the cut of my previous stylist, and she did it beautifully. Madi has been straightening my thick and curly hair for several years now and does a lovely job. Her scalp massages are the best I've ever had - due to the 'abs' in her fingers, she tells me! The salon has a lovely atmosphere - super welcoming and friendly and nothing is too much bother. Well done team.
I have been going to Ross and Co for 2 years now and have found them to be very professional and a friendly knowledgeable bunch. Although I have had 3 different stylist due to staff moving away, each one has been fabulous. My latest appointment was with Madi for the first time. She was really through and lovely even when I couldn't really express what I wanted. The head massage was amazing - lol. Anyway, was very happy with the results and intent to go back regularly for the long haul.
I brought my Grandmother & Auntie to Ross & Co Hair Salon for a haircut and left with a very happy family. The hair stylists were very professional and beyond friendly. Felt very comfortable here. Patricia Ross is a lovely owner and I cannot recommend this salon enough. Cheers!

Ross and Co is my happy place! I feel like Norm from Cheers when I walk in the door greeted by name by ALL of the staff. They honestly make you feel like part of the family. At the same time the level of professionalism is above any other salon I have gone to. They really listen to what you want and make you feel comfortable and safe that you will leave with what you wanted and better than expected! Treat yourself to the Aura treatment! You will not be disappointed. I can’t recommend or praise this salon enough! Be sure to book your appointments for the whole year so you don’t miss out as the salon is busy busy.
