   I recently had a phenomenal experience with Nettie and the entire dental team. From the moment I walked in, they made me feel genuinely welcomed and at ease. Nettie was incredibly gentle, thorough, and took the time to explain everything in a way that made me feel confident and informed. The team worked together effortlessly, creating an atmosphere that was both professional and comforting. It was truly the best dental visit I’ve ever had.

   I wanted to say a huge thank you to Wendy Pennell, the lactation consultant at the clinic, and to Dr. Nettie for helping us with our daughter’s oral tie release. From the moment we arrived to the end of the appointment, we felt completely supported. It truly felt like we were in the hands of professionals. Despite it being a stressful procedure for both us and our bub, the environment felt calm and reassuring. All of our questions were answered, and both ladies were incredibly welcoming and comforting. The procedure itself didn’t take long, and our little one barely cried. We also received great after-care tips and are already noticing improvements as she heals. Thank you for taking such good care of us. We are very grateful.

   I’ve had the pleasure of being with Dr Nettie since 2000 when she graduated at Otago university ! And since she has joined Changing Faces , it’s been life changing for her , her care for her patients her calm manner and the way she works with really nervous patient, calming them down and before the patient even realises she has already done the numbing ! I find myself falling asleep only to be woken up by her saying , we are all done !She is so good and so calm and she cares for each of her patients deeply ! And she has been doing baby tongue ties for years now and so many mums have thanked her for helping with there babies ! And she is an absolute go getter , studying again to become a lactating consultant ! To further her knowledge and understanding of her whole scope as a Dentist / Invisalign / tongue tie specialist ! And still have energy to enjoy her two awesome teenagers and her hubby ! She is a true star in my eyes and I rate Changing Faces A+++ and I recommend anyone who is nervous or need the best help with advice on teeth to go and visit Dr Nettie @ Changing Faces and I promise you she will be professional and she will truly go out of her way for her patience!    Highly recommend. We have been going to Changing Faces for a long time, they are the ones we trust and are totally comfortable with. The team are so kind and efficient, and the Dentists' are so amazing and know their knowledge. They will explain what they feel is the best treatment and how to help you, and will listen to any concerns or worries you have. Honestly, amazing team and we will always go to them- have been taking my Children there since their teeth started popping out. I'm so happy and comfortable knowing they are in safe hands, and their mouths are getting looked after. Thank you Changing Faces, your team is amazing !!

   Both my children have had orthodontic work done at Changing Faces. The whole process from start to finish was so seamless! The holistic nature of the practise ensured my children felt safe and comfortable and were well informed throughout. With one now out of braces, he is regularly complemented on his beautiful smile, and the follow up and after-care has been humbling. There is also the added bonus of "Skye". If you haven't met Skye before, you need to pop in for a visit. She is the Changing Faces gorgeous therapy dog who brings a calming presence to each appointment. Thank you Changing Faces! I cant recommend you enough!
