   We recently visited The Coffee Club and overall had a positive experience. While my meal arrived on time, my fiancé’s order was delayed, which we understand as the restaurant was really busy. The staff handled the situation very well. They sincerely apologized and explained it would take about 5 minutes, and to make up for the wait they kindly offered a complimentary drink while we waited. That level of customer service really stood out to us and turned the situation around. Mistakes can happen, but how they’re handled makes all the difference. We truly appreciated the gesture and the friendly service, and it definitely left us with a good impression. Thank you to the team for making the effort — we’ll be back.

   I came with part of a group prior to a work training session. My big breakfast was reasonably priced and came out of the kitchen in good time. Also a good portion size. Staff were friendly and clearly wanted to be there. The atmosphere is warm, well lit and the cafe is very clean. I'll be back next time i'm in the area.

   We had an amazing lunch in this branch at The Base. Loved the food and their coffee, with wide selections on the menu. They've got a huge space for indoor and outdoor seats. The place was not that busy at 3pm, just a few customers so the service was really quick. Happy with our orders!

   My partner and I had breakfast here, we often eat at coffee club with different experiences each time. This place is hands down the best coffee club! Delicious food, fast service. The place was quite busy but we had our meal within 20 mins. We ordered Salmon eggs Benedict potato roasti Both cooked to perfection. This chef is on point. 10/10 for our meals. Thank you!

   I decided to try the potato roasti with whipped feta, an egg and bacon. Compared to the same meal at Coffee Club Chartwell it was.... well there was no comparison. It had generous avocado and whipped feta, two slices of bacon - not one - and a perfectly cooked egg. The first pic is the chartwell Coffee Club (I had to move the egg to find the avo). The second pic is the Coffee Club at the base. Well done Coffee Club at the Base

   Vegan options and clearly labelled on the menu is always a plus in my opinion. The vegan chicken schnitzel salad was alright. Actually the salad part of it was exceptionally well dressed and I loved it. The vegan chicken could be a bit better. I also tried the fries. The seasoning is yum though it leaves a bit of a strange peri peri after taste.

   First time at coffee club in the base. Price is above average but in my own opinion, so worth the coin. Highly recommend the following: Pancakes, salmon or bacon eggs Benedict, cheeseburger & fish filo meal. Smoothies and coffee are devine. Banana and honey smoothie is sweet, mixed fruit smoothie is bitter, both are tasty, chilled and fresh. Great customer service. Busy times are between 11am-1, 10am is the perfect time to catch up with friends or treat the family. Highchairs available, inside is better for small parties and outside for families :)
