   Great food, superb service, cozy settings. What else you need? Need to mention the big portion of the greens, crispy fries (that loaded with chicken, yum!), and sweet sauce of pork belly burger that just hit the spot. It was a perfect brunch from an unassumingly cafe.

   Very disappointing experience. We arrived at 11:30 am and placed our order, but did not receive our food until 1:15 pm. There was no explanation or apology during the long wait. What made it worse was that customers who arrived after us were served, finished their meals, and left while we were still waiting. The management and kitchen coordination were clearly very poor. The iced mocha was badly made — the chocolate was not mixed at all and the drink was overly sweet and unpleasant. The spiced beef was extremely salty and almost inedible, showing a clear lack of quality control. Overall, the service was chaotic and the food quality was inconsistent. Waiting nearly two hours for food like this is unacceptable. Definitely not worth the time or money. I would not return and do not recommend this place.

   Made a booking for 8 people (only 6 were eating) for my birthday and was absolutely appalled at the service. Took over an hour and a half for all of our food to arrive, they all came out at random with other tables food coming out before the rest of our tables food. Was ridiculous and will not recommend to anyone ever again

   First time visit today. Were keen to try after having driven past for some time and realised there was parking behind the buildings. Excellent coffee and cabinet food choices including GF and Keto. Menu looked great for those looking for breakfast and similar. Service was warm, courteous and inviting. Definitely will be back and one of the best coffee arts I've seen

   Great little cafe in the heart of Rototuna. Wonderful kids play area and friendly staff. Lots of options in the cabinet and menu! I ordered the beef burrito and some fries, burrito was tasty and very filling! My friend also ordered her daughter a kids chicken meal which came with real fried chicken!

   We were welcomed with a smile, presented a seat while choosing something on the menu, i personally believe in a low noise atmosphere to enjoy the food. When in the presence of customers making least noise while they talking and eating, there was some loud clanging of plates at the counter. There is an entertainment area for children so there a potential noise from little ones. I enjoyed my overall experience.

   The food is good! We usually stop here on our way from Tauranga to Auckland. Recently we were waiting for our food for about 40 minutes, they may have forgotten because as soon as they saw us without food, we had food shortly after. Otherwise nice cute cafe! Would come back!

   Friendly customer service. We did not have to wait for long to be served. There are some good options for coffee and snacks. The parking was a bit challenging to find. The free parking lot is used by other establishments. Cafe Inc is beside the road but the noise level is quite low. Comfortable seating. There are also seating outside Cafe Inc.
