Great place to get a wof, great how you can just turn up when suits.
Managed to scratch most panels on my daughters car and the new window tint, not easy to get any resolution 2x visits to site and tried to get her back for a 3rd at a time that yet again suited them. No care from the techs be wary. Lady's out front are awesome though.

Took my car in today - happy with the warrant (confirmed needed front tyres replacing) but car smelt of stale smoke when it was finished and the technician said 'by the way, I ate some of your lollies'. Incredibly unprofessional!
The staff, especially Di, were friendly and very helpful. I was in NZ for just a few days to sort some stuff for an aged relative. They went above and beyond to help me fix things in a day.

Came here to get a warrant on my vehicle. Technician said there was a fault which resulted in a knocking sound in the steering mechanism. Left and rectified the issue, returned for a recheck and the technician that failed the warrant initially, stated they would not be passing the warrant because we didn't have a report from Hyundai. Consider this guy couldn't even specify what the issue was or exactly where it was coming from.. my husband showed the guy what the fault was (which was a simple screw loose upon inspection) which was fixed by my husband who has many years of experience with vehicles. The led to a heated discussion with my husband and the technician where my husband asked if the fault was still there and the technician stated it wasn't, but he still wouldn't give us a warrant. It was very ridiculous, as there has never been any rule that says someone isn't allowed to complete work on their own vehicle. My husband offered to loosen the screw again, to demonstrate to the technician the fault, and then fix it in front of him and he also showed him online videos and articles of the same thing. The guy ended up leaving and another technician did the inspection and happily passed it as the fault was no longer there and had been resolved, as required for us to pass the warrant inspection. Safe to say we will never be returning to this testing station as we are very uncertain of whether some of the staff are qualified enough to be complete the job. Highly unsatisfied.
